Peter's Recipe Thread
Ideas for all in there, and many more comming.
Have not long got back from helping to cook and eat the Churches Sunday evening meal :
Baked, chops, roast pumpkin, brocoli, peas, oven cooked chips, vege stir fry, two salads ( lettuce, carrot, mushroom, onion, spring onion, tomato in one the other was mainly soused and brown sugared onion and tomato with mushroom, etc. )
Anybody passing through or living in Levin area is welcome to attend - games from 5-00pm if enough players - and meal served at 6-00pm in the hall behind St Andrews Presbyterian, on the main street of town.

...wet humid monday...steak and mushrooms , salad and potatoes i hope...those oven fry chips taste terrible since i gave up smoking...most bought things are too salty now...even bread...(some)

That is correct, too much salt is added to try and make up for the lost flavour due to over processing.
Will toss you a few ideas after the news.

porterhouse, salad and new spuds here, wanted to have schnitzel, once it defrosted realised we didn't have enough breadcrumbs, so that will be tomorrow:)
