KC, no metal in the microwave.
Go check the plastic ware in the kitchenware part of the shop - they should have a microwave egg poacher in there
You should still be able to buy the cups too.

Self-Crusting corn quiche 1 Large onion, chopped 1 Tbsp butter 2 cooked potatos, cubed 1/2 Cup of milk 3 eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup of tasty cheese 1 tomato, sliced thinly (optional)
Cook the onion in the bitter until tender but not brown. Add the cubed potato and heat through. Mix the milk, eggs, salt and flour until blendid. Combine with the onion mixture, the creamed corn and cheese, and pour into a buttered 23cm metal pie plate or solid-bottomed flan dish. Put thin slices of tomato in a circle on top. Bake at 120 c for 20-30 minutes or until filling is set in the centre. Serve warm, in wedges. Variation: Replace the corn with other cooked drained vegetables.
