ty I had done the search thingee, it all looks like fiddly work I thought maybe someone had a shortcut One day I might tackle it It's not to bad one needs a bamboo mat really to roll them tight, but the rice i do in the mic , but recipe sometimes not enough for the rest stuff.. One need to leave little space off the long side of the sheet of nori or the rice with come out..

I usually cook some rice...leave to cool slightly...add some rice wine vinegar and mix...
layer onto Nori sheet, place either/or - carrot, courgette, chicken strips, crabmeat, salmon, whatever you feel like putting in it...
Drizzle Baby Oh mayonaise on it, then roll with a bamboo mat...I leave the wasabi out due to the cry babies in this house who don't like the spiciness...Otherwise I would pile the wasabi into the sushi before I roll it...
This is just my way of doing it...My sis in law was a Sushi cook and she made the best sushi...
