I have just replaced a couple of my old computers with new ones. What do you guys do with your old computers? They are all laptops and notebooks. They are currently large flat paper weights.

old comps...hmm...traded in 2 old ones in the past 6 years...also...just dumped another couple of old screens and keyboards etc...the comp I'm using now is a good fairly new one...so gave the last one to the kids...now they're teaching me things on it... Now I want a lappy... I have 2 that are less than a year old. Surplus to requirements. I update my laptops every year. Vista is killing me though.

Ive just started to look for a 2nd pc. The college boy needs one for his NCEA year I thought. He can keep all his stuff together.... & learn some time management skills, if he plays his games & doesnt get his assignments done its his neck, bout time I stopped nagging do your homework, do this, do that... get off runescape, get off itunes, rah rah My reasoning is........ when he leaves home, he needs to be able to his work without the temptation of just playing games Wonder how long it will take before he misses something, Just got to find one now

If my other half have his way, the old computer stuff will built up in his room but me on the other if it is worth anything I will list it on trademe otherwise it goes to the computer recycle centre in Palmerston North when I head up that way.
