Barbecued chicken
Spread a pizza base with a mixture of bottled tomato pasta sauce and barbecue sauce; sprinkle with grated cheddar. Top with shredded cooked chicken, thinly sliced mushrooms and more grated cheese.
Salami & rocket
Spread a pizza base with bottled tomato pasta sauce; top with grated mozzarella and thinly sliced hot salami. Just before serving, top with baby rocket leaves.
Fig & prosciutto
