Bring to the Boil Chicken, Soya Sauce, Worcester Sauce about Tablespoon of each , with teaspoon of garlic and pepper, pour over 1 cup of water, simmer for 1 hour or until Chicken is cooked. Reserve the stock, I put it in the freezer to take the fat off. Strip the chicken and put in a casserole dish, I cook 2 rashers of bacon in the microwave and chop up and place over chicken. Make the gravy with the stock, pour over Chicken and Bacon, you can always use some mushrooms also, if you wish. Then I make a stuffing mixture with Bread, Onion, Mixed Herbs, mix through with some melted butter and sprinkle all over the chicken mixture. Bake in the oven till mixture is bubbling and stuffing is browning on top. I am sure if you make this you will like it. I took it to the recent hen's night, and it was the only dish that got eaten with nothing left. I serve this with all my favourite roast veg.

That was lovely shazza I had $11 worth of chicken breasts (3 breasts in total) & did your recipe with 4 bits of bacon, stuffing on top etc... It fed 7 of us .. 3 adults 4 healthy eating kids. Lots of roast veges to go with it. Not sure I will do roast chicken again after that, soooo easy, no bones to mess with!@!
