Hey Lostinchaos!! Love your taste in music!! That's Rock! Even Rory Gallagher! I am a huge fan! I saw him in Sydney in a real small venu a couple of years before he died. He was simply amazing. I forgot about Meatloaf, geez, makes me feel old! ^ ^

Is Nina Hagen Rock? I always thought of her as Punk or Alternative Rock. Smackjack has always been a favorite of mine. She looked even better when she reappeared to do a song with Apocolyptica. That's why I put Siouxie in Nowdays there is a fine line to distinguish what type of music fits into a genre. I've been blasted a few times because some admins in a music room misjudge songs I play. By the way..I ZaPpEd yah Kiwihow

Hi Lostinchaos, (I just understood what zapped meant tonight! so thanks!) Yeah, Nina Hagen is definitely more punk/warped out star trek kinda music. But it's all rock to me. Like you said about all the different genres etc. Not really important - sometimes I hear an old Boney M, and I say 'Hey, that's rock!!' Gotta be, if you're brave enough to dress like that ole fuzzy dude with the gel on his chest hair! Did you see what Caronz put down (Hi Caronz ^ ^) Kenny Rodgers!!!! If that ain't Rock!........

Just listened to the new AC/DC. It's still AC/DC, not that I thought they were gonna start playing classical opera to surprise us. Still miss the voice of Bon Scott though.

I only ever liked Thunderstruck, nothing else of theirs appealed to me.

I loved everything from the beginning just until Back in Black. After it was'nt exactly top until Razors Edge with that wonderful bar stomping, ear blast'n Thunderstruck. But those guys are getting on now! I hear it's hot fusion tea served backstage now, the Jack Daniels are only on the t.shirts. Guess that's why they are'nt already in the hospital.

I can imagine..I wonder if the hot chicks still hang around... Now INXS were hot back then, and I still enjoy listening to them (Michael Hutchence), now, not the new INXS though..Don't think they could ever replace Michael..
