Day 1 has started well - had to do a 500 metre treadmill test today, my time was set about a month ago at over 7 minutes, today I smashed that coming in a 6min 16 seconds, that was will a purple toe - smacked my little toe on Master I will be 20 in 2 more sleeps clown shoes!

Sub spuds for another veg - yams, carrot and parsnip mix etc, even good old swede or turnip. Just very small portions ;D

Day 7 - Feeling Great! Didn't realise that we had challenges to do, so I am off to gym shortly I need to be completed by 3pm, got a mini triathlon to do! Hope they got the paramedics on standby!
